He has been working with Diego since 1997. She is an “unusual” financial manager because she is always smiling and has a sunny soul. He never says no a priori before a meeting but when she is under pressure, it is impossible to keep up with her. General accounting, financial statements, human resources, financial management, supplier and customer accounting are some of the activities handled by Valentina with the valuable assistance of an efficient team under her direction.

Since his arrival in 2010 as IT Manager, Luca has managed to gain the confidence of the owners and now she coordinates all the technical and operational activities of the company. The marketing, IP projects, corporate business, innovative solutions are only some of the activities handled by Luca with the assistance of colleagues that are involved directly on the “project”. His desk is always covered with papers that are quickly handled. His “credo” is to involve and empower the people around him.
Stefano Venturini
Technical Manager
For him, technology has no secrets. Stefano designs and develops latest-generation IP-based CCTV systems. He provides technical advice in the choice of hardware and IT solutions to be implemented, interacts with TLC suppliers and keeps the technical documentation up to date. He guaranties the operation of the technological infrastructure that supports the connection and communication between the various company operations.

Coordinated by Technical Manager Stefano Venturini, the Technical Department deals directly with all the aspects of the installation and its components, which involves an assessment of the setting, the identification and design of the solution envisaged, research activities and the testing of the technology used, the execution and coordination of the work on site, always using in-house personnel. Availability, versatility and propensity for innovation are just some of the features characterizing this department.
